Sports

We work across professional, collegiate and youth sports of all kinds, and we are particularly invested in women’s sports.

We are on a mission to drive resources and opportunity to professional women’s sports leagues and simultaneously combat pressing issues in sports – including addressing the alarming rates at which adolescent girls stop sports participation, promoting more equitable youth access to sports, and increasing representation of BIPOC coaches.

Our Founder has built and managed three globally recognized sports for development nonprofits. The rest of our team includes former professional, college and high school athletes who know firsthand sport’s potential to drive positive social change.
